What you share with us

Through our consultation form, pop-up form, review form, calls, texts and emails, we collect what you choose to provide, such as:

• Name, phone number and email address
• Company name (optional)
• The service you need and your project details
• Files you send, such as an existing or AI-generated logo
• For reviews: your rating, review text and permission to publish

Form submissions also record the date, time, page submitted from, browser type and IP address to help us respond and prevent spam.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request
• To send quotes, concepts, invoices and final files
• To publish reviews you have permitted (never your email)
• To protect the Website and filter spam

We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions are stored in our website database and emailed to our team through our email delivery provider (currently Google’s Gmail service via WP Mail SMTP). Our website is hosted by a third-party host. These providers process data on our behalf.

Cookies, session storage and similar tools

• Session storage remembers that our consultation pop-up has been shown during your visit so it does not reopen.
• Language preference: choosing Español sets a googtrans cookie and loads Google Translate, which processes page content and may set its own cookies.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
• Site activity: plugins on our site may record how visitors interact with pages, such as button clicks and referring pages, to help us improve content.
• Caching: our performance plugin may set technical cookies.

Server logs

Our host automatically logs technical details such as IP address, browser and pages requested for security and troubleshooting.

Retention and your choices

We keep project information as long as needed to provide services, keep business records and resolve disputes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or remove a published review, using the contact details below.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
